Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Yuree AI Inc. ("Yuree", "we"). By creating an account, running an analysis, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Yuree. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including any orders or analyses run. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our analyses, palettes, and rituals are aesthetic and lifestyle recommendations powered by computer vision and dermatological databases. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for professional medical, dermatological, or psychological care.

Stop use and consult a licensed clinician if you experience an adverse reaction, an unfamiliar lesion, or any concerning change in your skin or hair. Yuree does not assume responsibility for outcomes that fall outside aesthetic preference.

Yuree offers one-time analyses and recurring subscriptions. By starting a subscription you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the cadence shown at checkout, until you cancel.

• We send a reminder email at least 7 days before each renewal.
• Prices, taxes, and any applicable surcharges are shown before you confirm. We may change prices on a forward-looking basis with 30 days' notice.
• Failed payments may pause access until resolved.

You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard at any time. Changes made at least 72 hours before your next compounding apply to the upcoming shipment; later changes apply to the cycle after.

Our return and refund policy is set out in detail on the Refunds page and is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Yuree, the brand marks, the analysis methodology, the AI models, the software, and the content on our site are owned by Yuree AI Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of the photographs, videos, and inputs you upload. You grant Yuree a limited licence to process them for the purpose of running your analysis and delivering your ritual.

We will not use your inputs to train our models without your express opt-in consent, which you can withdraw at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Submit images of any person other than yourself, or of a minor.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models.
• Resell, redistribute, or reproduce our analyses commercially.
• Use the services to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the platform.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuree disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuree's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid Yuree in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yuree, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services, or your violation of any third-party right.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the services in a way that risks harm to other users or to the platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for matters of intellectual property or unauthorized access. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

We may update these terms as the services evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
