Shipping

Every Yuree order is compounded after your analysis is approved, not before. Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of the report being delivered. During launch weeks or major drops, processing may stretch to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation with tracking the moment your shipment leaves our facility.

We ship within the United States and the Republic of Korea from our regional facilities to keep formulations cool and fast.

• Standard, 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders over the threshold shown at checkout, otherwise a flat carrier fee.
• Expedited, 2 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.
• Overnight. Available in select metros, including New York and Seoul, when ordered before 12:00 local time.

We currently ship to most of Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Standard delivery is 7 to 14 business days. Expedited international is 4 to 7 business days. Some destinations require an extra business day for customs handling.

A tracking link is emailed when your shipment leaves our facility and is also available in your account dashboard. Carriers refresh tracking on their own schedules, so a status may take up to 24 hours to update after handoff.

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. We declare the order at its actual value and cannot mark shipments as a gift.

If your shipment is marked delivered but has not arrived, please wait 48 hours, then check with your local carrier and household. If the package is still missing, email care@yuree.ai with your order number and we will open an investigation. Lost shipments confirmed by the carrier are replaced at no cost.

You can edit your shipping address from your account dashboard up until your order enters the compounding queue. Once it is compounded we cannot reroute it without recalling the package. Email care@yuree.ai within an hour of checkout if you spot a typo and we will do our best.

Some of our actives are heat-sensitive. During summer months we add insulated liners and gel packs at no charge to orders shipping to warmer regions. If your order arrives warm to the touch, contact care and we will replace it.
