Refunds & Returns

Skin takes time, and not every ritual lands the first try. If you are not seeing the results we promised within 30 days of your delivery, we will refund the order or send a re-formulated alternative at no additional cost. One claim per customer, per analysis.

• The order was placed under your account and shipped to a verified address.
• The claim is filed within 30 days of the delivery confirmation.
• You have used the product as directed in your report for at least 10 days, except in the case of an adverse reaction.
• For physical product returns, items are sealed or have at least 50% of the volume remaining.

Email care@yuree.ai with:

• Your order number.
• A short note on what is not working for your skin.
• One or two photos of the skin condition, taken in even daylight.

We respond within 2 business days with a prepaid return label, where a return is required, or with confirmation that no return is needed.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations or skips made at least 72 hours before your next compounding apply to the upcoming shipment.

Charges already processed for a shipment that is in transit are not refunded automatically, but the satisfaction guarantee still applies to the product once received.

If your shipment arrives damaged, leaking, or different from the contents of your report, contact care@yuree.ai within 7 days of delivery. We replace damaged or incorrect items at no charge and do not require a return.

The analysis fee for a completed digital analysis (your report, palette, ritual brief, or hairstyle quiz) is non-refundable once the report has been delivered to your account, since the work is performed at the moment of analysis. Physical products formulated from that analysis remain covered by the satisfaction guarantee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5 to 10 business days. International orders may take longer due to processor settlement.
