Privacy Policy

Yuree AI Inc. ("Yuree", "we", "us") operates yuree.ai and the associated apps and services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We treat your data the way we treat your skin: with deliberate care, minimal touch, and a dermatologist watching from the wings.

By using our services you agree to the practices described here. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the services.

• Account information. Name, email, password hash, preferred language, and shipping addresses.
• Order and payment information. Items purchased, order history, billing address. Card details are tokenized by our payment processors and never stored on Yuree servers.
• Biometric scan data. Photographs and short videos you submit for analysis, the derived facial keypoints, undertone measurements, and texture markers our models extract from those images.
• Health and lifestyle inputs. Self-reported skin concerns, allergies, climate, and routine inputs you provide to tune your ritual.
• Usage data. Device type, IP address, pages visited, interactions with the site and app, and the results of any re-analyses you run.

The images you upload, and the keypoints and biomarkers our models derive from them, are biometric identifiers. We treat them with the following commitments:

• Encrypted in transit and at rest. All scans move through TLS-encrypted channels and are stored on isolated, region-locked servers with restricted access.
• Never sold. We do not sell, lease, or trade your scans, derived measurements, or any biometric identifier under any circumstances.
• Not used for AI training without consent. We do not use your scans to train or improve our models unless you opt in from your account settings. Opting in is reversible.
• Deletion on request. You can request deletion of all biometric records at any time from your account or by emailing privacy@yuree.ai. Deletion completes within 30 days.
• Retention. If you do not request deletion, scans are retained for the life of your account plus 24 months, after which they are permanently destroyed.

• To run the analysis you requested and deliver your ritual.
• To process orders, manage subscriptions, and ship products.
• To improve the relevance of recommendations within your own account history.
• To respond to support inquiries, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
• With your express opt-in, to improve the underlying AI models.

We share information only with vendors who help us operate Yuree: payment processors, shipping carriers, customer support tooling, analytics platforms, and infrastructure providers. Each is bound by contract to use the data only for the purpose we engage them for.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect users from harm, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@yuree.ai from the address on file. We respond within 30 days.

California residents may request a Notice at Collection and exercise rights under the CCPA / CPRA. EU and UK residents may exercise rights under the GDPR. Illinois residents have additional rights under BIPA regarding biometric identifiers and may withdraw consent at any time.

We use first-party cookies for authentication and session continuity, and a small set of analytics cookies to understand how the site is used in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features will not work without them.

Yuree is operated from facilities in the United States and the Republic of Korea. By using our services from outside these jurisdictions you agree to the transfer of your information to and processing in them, subject to appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Yuree is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@yuree.ai and we will delete it promptly.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and routine security testing. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you in line with applicable law.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date above is the source of truth.
